Delivery and Returns

We offer free UK mainland delivery using a premium delivery service on all orders for blinds, accesories and remotes ordered without a blind will attract a carriage charge if the order is under £79. Orders below £79 including accessories without an accompanying blind will be charged £8.95 for UK mainland delivery. This is the face value of the products in your basket including VAT. Items with promotional free delivery do not count towards this total if you are ordering a combination of products that do and do not have free delivery as standard.
 
Delivery to areas outside of mainland UK will differ with the costs being shown during the checkout process (this includes the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight and other offshore locations). 

Due to price increases applied by our courier partners we have unfortunately been forced to increase our pricing for deliveries outside of the UK mainland, which will come into effect from Monday 11th September 2023.
Delivery Tracking

Orders are delivered by one of our premium courier services and will require a signature to confirm they have been received. This is a 1-2 day delivery service to most locations within the UK, although please note that if your blind is over 2m wide there may be an additional 24 hour delay as long length parcels have to be sent via a specialist courier.

When your order leaves our factory you will be emailed a despatch notification that includes the tracking information for your order. If you have provided a mobile phone number, in most cases you will also receive a text message on the morning of the delivery letting you know an approximate two hour window for when they expect to be with you. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that a delivery window will be provided as this is based on the individual courier.

If you know that you aren’t going to be in you can use the tracking link to arrange for the parcel to be delivered on another day, be left somewhere safe or to be left with a neighbour.

If you aren’t in when our couriers try to deliver they will try again the following day. If you aren’t in on two occasions they will hold the order for a week at their depot and wait for you to get in touch with them to re-arrange delivery for a day when you will be in.

If the courier has not heard from you after a week then the goods will be returned to us and we will get in touch with you to re-arrange the delivery.

Delivery Timescales

Once your order has been despatched from our factory our courier service take over to deliver your order.

Most orders delivered within Mainland UK are received the next day, but it can be up to two days during busy periods.

Outside of Mainland UK the delivery time is a little longer - please refer to the list below to find your delivery timescale:

UK Mainland inc. London : 1-2 working days

Isle of Wight : 2-3 working days

Northern Ireland : 2-3 working days

Highlands : 2-3 working days

Offshore Islands: 3-5 working days
